3100 Cellars was created by dear family friends of the Verandah team. Hailey Minder began her career as a wine maker at Telaya Wine Co. and then founded her venture, 3100 Cellars, producing wonderful sparkling wines. Hailey, and her husband Marshall, partnered with Lee and Mary Parsons to plant a vineyard, called Finca Basada, and grow grapes to use in 3100 Cellars wines. Verandah began producing merchandise for 3100 Cellars in 2018 when they needed wine totes for the first delivery to their wine club members.
We have a wonderful partnership with 3100 Cellars, from producing their branded merchandise to taking a morning each season to head out to the beautiful vineyard to help their team pick grapes.
3100 Cellars started making wine with the vision of being the first winery in Idaho to specialize in sparkling wine. They let their wines age for an average of three years creating a flavor like the ‘old world style, traditional method sparkling wine’.
