Customer Relations Account Manager

Verandah is the nation's most innovative B2B producer of quality branded wearables, gifts, and give-a-ways. Our team promotes a full-service process from ideation to creation. Through prioritizing intuitive and responsive services, we help build teams, customer relationships, celebrate company milestones, and create brand awareness for businesses from coast to coast. Verandah is a one-stop shop beginning with customizing orders through our Creative team. From there, our factory in Boise decorates, packs, and ships orders directly to our customers across 44 states and over 550 locations.

We are seeking a customer relations account manager. Our Creative Team works directly with customers as brand advisors, often creating custom projects. This position includes client relationship management, custom order building, product sourcing, and more. This position responds to inbound customer requests to help us manage our existing customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships (primarily via email)

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.

  • Create product samples and coordinate preparation and shipment to customers.

  • Participate in Creative Team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and strategies.

  • Monitor sales targets/goals and project deadlines

  • Take lead on assigned custom projects – taking ownership of projects from start to finish

  • Collaborate with the creative team to organize and maintain sales-related documentation, including usage of tools such as CommonSKU, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative, Shopify, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail & ability to multi-task

  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to build rapport & foster positive relationships with customers

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a positive team-oriented environment

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills including typing, Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel), Microsoft Teams

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
